The system uses geomagnetic ground detectors installed in each parking space to monitor real-time occupancy status. When status changes, detectors immediately transmit wireless signals to outdoor zone controllers. The zone controllers compress and encode the data before sending it to the central outdoor controller for processing.  

The central controller distributes processed data to guidance screens throughout the parking lot, displaying available spaces to direct vehicles. Simultaneously, data is sent to a computer for storage in a database server, enabling users to query real-time parking status and view annual/monthly/daily statistics via terminals.
